We're All Getting Run Through.
Oh Man, I don't even know how to make this post....
We are getting hammered by the policy of the people that are supposed to represent us.
I want to start this off by saying that I am stupid and you shouldn't listen to me.
In fact you shouldn't listen to anyone that you see in any form of media. You should ask yourself how the person that is writing, recording, representing, whatever you see is financed.
I actually don't want to have to write this.
I'm writing this because I care about you and our future in this world.
Here's what I have to say..
#1) We pay taxes for things we never see.
What do we get for our money? Why do we always hear that we need to pay more? What have we seen from what we already paid? Why is it off limits to ask these questions?
#2) Where does our money go?
When we pay our taxes to the city we can see some real info when we press them.
Rolling Meadows is great and local government is the most important.
When we get above that into county and state it gets a little fuzzy. Why do we need to pay Cook County for their bloated commitments to unions and pension funds that we all know will never pay out. How do we know what our money goes to? If Chicago is getting the lion share, why do suburban communities pay the most?
Have you thought a lot about where your money is going?
And Why Not?
I really think we should think more about what it is that we are doing in this state and county. it's clear our money is going into projects that don't make sense.
JEEZ, don't even get me started on federal.
The federal Government is absolutely out of their minds.
It's clear that they want us to move to "Green Energy" (ie. No Energy)
The UK Is doing 3 Hour Daily Blackouts.
Do you want that here?
Just keep voting blue no matter who in Illinois and meet doom.
Better cross your fingers for lots of sun this winter...
